Fishing has been a constant throughout Will's life. From representing Team England on the international fly fishing stage to guiding the trout and grayling rivers of England, his career has taken him across fisheries around the world.
After years of guiding, Will eventually made Belize home. He spent the next several years learning the flats fishery firsthand, understanding its waters, seasons and species. Over time, the idea of building an operation of our own began to take shape.
Behind the scenes, Nissa brings the other half of the partnership. Originally from Corozal, Belize, she brings a background in business management and development and handles the business side of Fly Fish Belize Charters, from bookings and guest logistics to the day to day management that keeps everything running.
She works directly with guests before their trip, helping coordinate the details that make getting here and getting on the water as straightforward as possible. She also manages the licensing, insurance, logistics and planning behind the operation, making sure the same level of care that goes into a day on the water starts well before you step aboard.
Together, Will and Nissa bring two different sides of the business together. Will's experience is centered on the water, while Nissa makes sure everything around the fishing is taken care of.
